I’ve now been practicing Wim Hof breathing everyday for the past 43 days and like most, it’s hard not to get at least a little obsessed with wanting to increase breath retention times. I’ve tried all sorts of tricks and tips and there’s really only one thing that noticeably helps me with achieve longer retention.
